D I D is a musical project founded by Hania Piosik – experimenter, singer, producer, Ministry of Culture and National Heritage scholarship holder and author of an audiobook and broadcast in the community Radio Kapitał // growing up and living in the border forests of western Poland (including di.ARIA, Lost Education / LADO ABC, JOY POP, Mikrobi.T).
For over ten years she has been cooperating with representatives of various musical circles, participated in international festivals (including Radiophrenia 2020, Garbicz Festival, Soundrive, Spring Break, Festival Przemiany CN Kopernik), hacklabies and artistic residencies (i.e. WISP LABORATORY LEIPZIG, or Ortsgespraeche / Goethe Institut). Her main passion is searching for sound anomalies. The result of one of the experiments on sound is “LIFE IS A PING PONG DELAY” (album from Gusstaff Records), which is a deliberation on the phenomenon of cyclicality in the universe. With her next album “End of Xibalba” the artist started cooperation with the publishing house Zoharum.
