A new musical incarnation of Kevin Tomkins and Paul Taylor – a duo that was active for many years under the name SUTCLIFFE JUGEND. Although the musicians abandoned their activity under this banner, they did not lose for a moment either the power of the message or their unique approach to musical matter, both developing their formula based on the Power Electronics aesthetics and recording atmospheric, epic albums set in the dark ambient style.
